Conference Theme: From Surviving to Thriving: A Rational Emotive Behaviour Approach.
Welcome to the Association for Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (AREBT) International Conference, 2026. The conference will focus on how the Rational Emotive Behaviour Approach can facilitate thriving. This includes therapy, coaching, sport and educational settings. This virtual conference will be held on Tuesday 1st to Wednesday 2nd December, 2026. Conference keynotes and papers will be held on Day 1. On Day 2 we will be holding workshops.
